Very professonal, very punctual. Did a great job we would definitely recommend.
Find The Fault, Fix It For Good
Leaks, rust and loose sheets are what David gets called to most across the Mid North Coast. From Port Macquarie to Tuncurry, he tracks each fault on a metal roof to its source and repairs it once, properly.

Water stain on the ceiling, or rust creeping around the screws?
Metal roofs fail quietly. A screw that has worked loose in the onshore wind at Crescent Head, a hairline split in a flashing, or a corroded sheet lap on a beach house at Harrington will let water in long before anything shows inside. When a mark finally appears on the plasterboard, the insulation and timbers above it have often been damp for months.
Worse, the stain almost never sits under the actual fault. Water travels down sheets and along battens before it drops, which is why patch jobs aimed at the wet spot keep failing. Repairs only hold when someone takes the time to follow the water uphill to where it enters, and that is precisely how David approaches every leak.
How the repair gets done
Straightforward, targeted repair work. If a small fix is all the roof needs, that is all David will sell you.
Every leak gets traced uphill from the stain to its true entry point before anything is sealed, so the repair holds through the next east coast low.
Small rust patches are cut back, converted and sealed while they are still surface deep, sparing you the cost of new sheeting down the track.
Backed-out or corroded screws are removed and replaced with new sealed fasteners, pulling the sheets down tight and closing the entry points.
Split flashings, worn valleys, storm-lifted sheets and the seals around vents, flues and solar frames are all repaired or renewed as needed.
After the inspection you get a written, fixed-price quote describing the fault and the repair in plain terms, so the decision is easy and the invoice holds no surprises.
Every repair closes with a final inspection of the fix and the roof around it, so what you get is a watertight result rather than a temporary patch.
Our Metal Roof Repair Process

About All Pro Roofing
David owns and operates All Pro Roofing Mid North Coast and has more than 30 years of roofing behind him, with the business serving the region since 2005. His service area takes in Port Macquarie, the Camden Haven, the Macleay Valley, the Manning and the Great Lakes.
He holds licences as a roof tiler, slater and repairer, carries Dulux Acra-Tex accreditation and belongs to the HIA. There is no sales layer and no subcontracted crew, just the tradesman who quoted the job up on the roof doing it.
When the repair visits start stacking up, it is worth weighing a metal roof restoration against a complete Colorbond roof replacement instead of patching on.

Metal Roof Repair FAQs
Answers to the questions we get asked most.
Repair pricing depends entirely on the fault. Swapping fasteners is typically a modest job, while renewing a rusted valley or refixing sheets after a storm takes longer, so any figure quoted sight unseen is a rough guide at best. David inspects free of charge and confirms the price in writing before starting.
Most Colorbond problems are repairable. Isolated rust, leaks, failed screws and damaged flashings can all be fixed while the sheeting is fundamentally sound. Only when the steel itself has deteriorated does David raise restoration or replacement, and he will explain exactly why if he does.
Because the patch went on where the water appeared, not where it got in. Rain tracks along laps and battens well away from the fault before dripping, so sealing over the stain achieves nothing. Tracing the water back to its source is the only repair that lasts.
Definitely, and early. Each lifted or corroded screw is an open hole in the roof and lets the sheet flex in strong wind. Replacing fasteners is quick and cheap now; the rust, leaks and cavity damage they cause if ignored are neither.
Storm calls go to the top of the list. When wild weather peels back sheets or tears a flashing, David gets out to make the roof watertight as soon as he can, then schedules the permanent repair. He is available around the clock for genuine emergencies.
