When Has a Forster Roof Given All It Has?
A Forster roof lives a double life. Ocean salt drifts in off Main Beach and One Mile while lake humidity rises off Wallis Lake behind the house, so the seventies and eighties brick veneer homes and the many holiday places that sit empty half the year end up with coatings and fixings that have quietly corroded from two directions at once.
